BREAKFAST & BRUNCH CAKES (Vegan & Classic)

Vegan Coffeecake
A delicious coffeecake, made with spelt flour, ground flax seed, organic brown sugar, soy milk, canola oil, spices, and a cinnamon-cardamom-pecan streusel. Will be sure to delight.
$25 per cake, serves 8-10
Apple Ribbon Cake
Sweet, tall cake with ribbons of sliced apples in the middle and on top, sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar (not frosted/iced). This cake is perfect on a plate or eaten with your hand! Local eggs, organic butter, and apples are highlighted in this treat.

VEGAN PIES

All pies are vegan which means no egg, dairy, or honey! Made with the finest thoughtfully sourced ingredients. All pies are 9-inches in diameter.

Apple
Seven juicy apples in each pie! Pure and tasty goodness in a hand rolled vegan crust. The Apple Crumble version is topped with an oat crumble.

Pecan
Made with brown rice syrup, agar agar, Vermont dark maple syrup, pecans, coconut oil, and olive oil, this vegan pecan pie is a decadent addition to your menu. The crust is hand rolled, and made with coconut oil and olive oil. There’s no corn syrup in this pie.
